The information below shows an indication of prices for a celebration cake in a choice of flavours covered with fondant icing and wording of your choice.

 

Prices depend on your requirements how many tiers and detail on the cake, toppers and filling etc. Wedding orders can be given as much as a year in advance. You can sample my products in advance to help you choose the right flavour by appointment only, there is a £25 charge to cover an hour of consultation to discuss your wedding cake designs with up to 3 different flavoured tasters to choose from.

 

Orders should be placed for celebration cakes at least 2 to 3 weeks before your required date, but please get in touch I will do my best to accommodate last-minute orders. A deposit of 50% is required for the price of the cake which is non-refundable either by bank transfer or drop off a cash payment. The balance is due on collection or the day beforehand if by bank transfer. For deliveries I require payment in full when ordering your cake.

 

Special dietary requirements

I can also do gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan cakes. If you have any special dietary requirements please let me know in advance so I can discuss this with you. Please note your cake has been prepared in a kitchen where some allergens may be present, and therefore cannot guarantee the cake will not contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, seafood/shellfish, milk/eggs/dairy.

  • Lemon sponge cake with lemon curd and zesty lemon buttercream.

  • Biscoff sponge cake with a biscoff flavoured buttercream.

  • Lemon drizzle cake with lemon buttercream.

  • Strawberry flavoured sponge with strawberry buttercream

  • Carrot cake with walnuts & a honey cream cheese frosting buttercream

  • Red velvet cake with vanilla buttercream

  • Victoria sponge with strawberry jam and buttercream.

  • Coffee & walnut cake

  • Rainbow sponge cake is an extra 10%

  • Chocolate fudge cake

  • Raspberry flavoured sponge cake with raspberry buttercream.

  • Chocolate cake with a chocolate and cherry flavoured buttercream.

  • Salted caramel with a caramel filling and salted caramel buttercream.

  • Cherry Bakewell flavour sponge & a cherry Bakewell buttercream

  • Oreo Chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and crushed oreo biscuits.

  • Mint chocolate cake with chocolate peppermint buttercream and/ or peppermint buttercream.

 

There is an additional cost 10% for the following cakes all chocolate cakes, Biscoff, carrot cake and chocolate ganache. This is to cover the cost of the higher price ingredients. 

Chocolate ganache is a different filling that can be used instead of buttercream, rich chocolate melted with fresh cream to go inside cakes and/or covered outside of the cake. This is also used for tiered cakes to create a sturdy strong structure when assembling tiered cakes.

 

If you would like a flavour that is not on here I will do my best to accommodate your preference, please let me know at least 2 weeks in advance.

The prices above are for cakes covered in fondant icing or buttercream as requested with a simple decoration and birthday message. These cakes are 4" in depth, for the taller cakes please see drip cake prices below. Any added decorations like figures, edible print toppers or more intricate decorations will be added on to he prices above. Square cakes are 15% extra for each size tier, you get more slices from the square cakes, which works out great value for money.

Iced Shaped number cakes start from £85 for standard or large from £120

The standard size feeds from 20+ slices and the larger size 35+ slices, this depends on the numbers chosen. Single cakes start from £55

For added decoration example, logos, and figures would be an additional charge. Please ask for a quote.

CUPCAKES

 

Flavours same as above with a flavoured buttercream only, if you would like a filling inside  this will be from £2 per 12 cupcakes.

Minimum order is a box of 6 for £16.50 customised.

Or 12 cupcakes for £33 they come in batches of 6. You can choose up to 2 different flavours for a box of 12.

Prices range from plain buttercream roses £2 per cupcake to £2.75 for personalised or up to £3.50 for more detailed.

Cake Transportation
TRANSPORTING & MOVING YOUR CAKE

Do’s

  • Store flat in a car boot, or footwell under air conditioning.

  • Clear your boot before collecting your cake

  • On hot days travel with the window open or air con on.

  • Store on a flat, sturdy surface, in a cool, dark place.

  • Keep cake stored in the packaging supplied.

  • Drive slowly over speed bumps and around corners.

  • Keep fondant iced cakes in their boxes away in a cool dark room

  • Keep buttercream cakes stored in the fridge

  • Eat buttercream cakes within 2 to 3 days, iced fondant cakes can be kept up to 5 days or longer before being eaten. Once cut wrap in foil or clingfilm and store in an airtight container.

 

Don’t

  • Travel with cake on your lap or on a car seat.

  • Store cake in direct sunlight.

  • Store cake in the vehicle for long periods of time

  • Hold the sides of the cake box, hold underneath, so not to damage cake.

Once the cake has left my premises I am not liable for any damages that may occur.
If you follow the above guidelines, your cake should be in perfect condition.

All my cakes are freshly baked to order, to taste at their best it’s advisable to eat straight away, although iced cakes with fondant on, taste just as good to keep for up to 1 week later.
