From initial consultation to delivery and setup, especially for weddings, we aim to make the process as smooth as the icing on your cake. We can cater to any special dietary requirements too, with vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options available.

Baking With Passion
They say that baking is therapeutic - something that I certainly discovered when I found myself taking time out from my job as a retail manager to focus on recovering from breast cancer. While at home, I was able to spend more time enjoying the love of baking. Soon friends and family were complimenting me on the taste and creativity of my cakes and suggesting I should take things further and sell cakes for a living.
I set up Anita's Wicked Cakes, online in October 2011 and built up the business through word of mouth, charity work hosting coffee mornings, strawberry tea events and advertising in my local area. I now supply cakes for all occasions to customers including corporate events in Liverpool and the Merseyside area.
Over the last few years since growing my business, my orders have grown from Liverpool to not only the Uk but now global. I have recently worked with an event company from Malaysia - I supplied two large cake orders to venues in Liverpool city centre. This was for a large group of football fans visiting Liverpool from another country to watch the Liverpool football match. I have also worked with other companies and clients worldwide from Dubai, Canada, Germany, France, Netherlands, and now have a regular customer that lives in Spain, who orders cakes on his return visit back to his home town of Liverpool when visiting his family.
Having a qualification in Art and Design has helped me in creating artistic cakes, which I love to design and love the reaction I get from customers when they see their finished bespoke cakes. I am passionate about what I do and this is reflected in my impeccable attention to detail. I hold a food hygiene rating of 5 from Liverpool City Council and completed a level 2 award in food safety for catering. My team now consists of myself Anita and family members that help out during busy periods by helping to bake and deliver the cakes. I have built up my customer reviews over the years, and I love to share their happy experiences with others - this gives me great job satisfaction.
